Exchange/Returns
Wilkerson Express takes great pride in offering the best quality and satisfaction to our customers. However, you may find it necessary to return or stock balance an item.
Items may be returned for full credit, less the cost of shipping, within thirty (30) days of delivery. Items returned after thirty (30) days from date of delivery, may be returned for a two for one stock balance. Please email customer service at or call 800-631-1999 for further instructions on returns.
All returns are subject to inspection and must be in original condition and include the item “B” number.
In the event the item(s) being shipped for return is due to our error or manufacturing defects, we will reimburse the cost of shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the original delivery cost and the shipping cost.
Shipping
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. On all orders, freight will be charged on each invoice. Shipping charges will be calculated for each order based on express shipping through FedEx. All orders will require a signature upon delivery. Please note all special shipping instructions below as well as on each order. All orders are generally shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
